Chef Matt Green will share culinary tips on cooking over an open flame on his Santa Maria Style BBQ. Learn how to properly season meat & veggies, with just the right amount of spices and smoke, in a true authentic California style! Alongside, we will pour our award winning Gagnon Cellars wines, plus a barrel sample blend crafted specially just for this night!
