We're excited to announce an opportunity to step back in time for a one-of-a-kind experience at the historical Vail Headquarters! Chef Matt Green will share culinary tips on cooking over an open flame on his Santa Maria Style BBQ. Learn how to properly season meat & veggies, with just the right amount of spices and smoke, in a true authentic California style! Alongside, we will pour our award winning Gagnon Cellars wines, plus a barrel sample blend crafted specially just for this night!
